I am passionate about assisting individuals with their mental, emotional and holistic health through counselling. Delivered through a holistic, person-centred approach, built on trust, respect, empathy and compassion.
For ten years I have assisted individuals in both their healing and personal journeys toward transformation. Through face to face, phone counselling, online counselling and virtual counselling. Guiding people to step into their authentic power and take charge of life by honouring their inner truths.
I assist others to feel more able to connect to their divine, best self and to promote the expansion of consciousness through holistic perspectives and distinctions. Encouraging those I assist to operate in alignment with their core values and to function from an energy of love and compassion. All of which aim to help them envision new possibilities for their future.
